In this article I'm going to share some of my web outsourcing secrets, but first let me talk a little about internet marketing and growing your business.

If you’ve been involved in internet marketing for some time, you’ll no doubt have experienced having more work than you can handle by yourself at some stage. This will hit you when you already have a couple of campaigns up and running and want to continue building your empire.

When you get to this stage you have a few options available to you:

1. Stop growing your empire.
Lets be honest, this isn’t really an option is it, unless you want to limit your earnings to what you’re currently making…

A number of quality services exist including Elance.com and GetACoder.com. These are my two preferred suppliers of web outsourcing as they offer an easy and safe way to find and pay contractors to fulfill whatever task you may need done.

Let’s say for example that you are setting up a new site that is going to sell cell-phone chargers globally. For this site you are going to need a website, you might want to set up a Google Adwords campaign, you may need to get some good search engine rankings and you might decide to have a newsletter for your visitors. Every single one of these tasks can be outsourced to a person of your choice.

The way you do this is set up an ad in Elance or GetACoder specifying what you need done and your budget. You’ll then receive job offers from a number of specialists worldwide, each one with a price. You can look at each and every provider, analyze their project history and even get examples of work they’ve done in the past.

This allows you to ensure you’re using someone who knows what they are doing.

Once you decide on the person or company who is going to do the work for you, and you’ve agreed on the terms and conditions, its time to decide on a payment method.

Both Elance and GetACoder provide safe payment methods that are designed to protect the customer and the supplier. The way these systems work is that the customer deposits the project fee into an “escrow” account (which is a third party account). The money is only released from this third party account once you (the customer) is happy that the project is completed to the standard agreed on. That’s a quick rundown on the benefits of outsourcing on the internet and how two of the most well known companies (Elance and GetACoder) work.
